Let’s CREATE this Amazing Card Deck

We will be creating 16 cards - on one side we will be listing limiting beliefs or things we seem to say to ourselves during our creative process. Then on the other side we will work to change that narrative and create a new positive belief. Go ahead let’s create something amazing!!!

What you will need for this lesson:

18x24 piece of watercolor or mixed media paper

Acrylic paint in colors that are speaking to you - 4 to 5 colors (choose a different palette for each side of your card

Assorted paint brushes

White gel pen

Black and White POSCA Paint pens or markers

Journal or index cards to list your new and old beliefs
